This work was created during an artist residency in Marrakech in February 2026. Yellow amaranth is less depicted as a concrete plant here than as a fleeting perception – between luminous color, movement, and dissolved form. Warm yellow and orange tones, an open brushstroke, and clear shadow shapes intensify the atmosphere of light and heat. The painting moves between figuration and abstraction, leaving room for a free, immediate perception.
