The work was created during an artist residency in Marrakech in January 2026. Characterized by dusty colors, warm light, and vibrant flora, it tells of the perception of a sudden spring that, after the winter months in Hamburg, seemed almost surreal and enchanted. Playful forms, a loose touch, and a dust-marked color scheme contrasting with intense ultramarine condense this atmosphere. The work was created using a combination of acrylic and oil pastel.
