"elements in balance" – the color blocks is a four-part sub-series of the main series "elements in balance" and focuses on clear color fields and reduced compositions. Color is used as a central element, creating a balanced overall picture through its interplay with surface and proportion. The horizontal line remains as a connecting element, bringing calm and structure to the composition. The works move in phases where balance is not created quietly, but consciously set – through demarcation, contrast, and clear decisions. Opposites stand side by side, assert their space, and find equilibrium within it.
